You take care of the shopping. We'll take care of the rest. We provide free shipping on all U.S. via United States Postal Service, which provides fast delivery (approximately 2-7 business days) directly to your mailbox, eliminating the need to wait at home for your package.

We currently use USPS as our main carrier for all our orders.

Shipping Time

Actual shipping time depends upon availability of the item and  your location.

We ship all the items within two days of receiving order.  In most cases your order will be shipped the same day it was received (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays)

Packages arrive in approximately 2-7 business days, from the time they ship out of our warehouse, directly to your mailbox. 
Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays. You will receive a delivery confirmation number via e-mail when your order is shipped

Our shipping warehouse is closed on weekends. If there is a delay or back order, we will contact you by email or phone.

30-Days Return Policy

We strive to provide the highest quality of products on the market. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 30 days of purchase.

How to Return an Item

Review the entire Return Policy below. 

Obtain authorization to return your item by emailing info@juliasplacejewelers.com. 
Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. 
Include a copy of your packing slip and return authorization received from us via email. 
Mail your return within 30 days of purchase to:

Allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed. 

Return Policy

We offer two types of returns, a Replacement or a Refund. Products are eligible for a Replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. Products are eligible for a Refund if you decide you don't want the item or it didn't meet your expectations. 

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs on Refunds.

Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted.

Returned items are subject to inspection by Julia's Place Jewelers staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, used, or damaged.

Multiple return requests for the same products are subject to review by Julia's Place Jewelers. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.

Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
